Practice guidelines
General: We kindly request that you make an appointment for all types of medical questions, certificates, prescriptions, and documents to be completed/signed. We can best assist you within the allotted time during an appointment.
Are there no appointments available online, but do you need one? Then you can reach us by phone at our general number.
Home visits: As a practice, we do not make home visits as standard. If an emergency arises that prevents you from coming to the practice, you can call us before 10:30 a.m. to request a home visit.
*Please note: we encourage you to come to the practice as much as possible in order to ensure that the practice runs smoothly.
Emergencies
In case of emergency, you can always call the emergency number 112 or go to the hospital emergency department.
For urgent consultations with a general practitioner outside our opening hours, please contact the GBBW (Garde Bruxelloise/Brussels On-Call Service). They guarantee continuous care by general practitioners at the on-call center and through home visits. Below you will find their contact details and the nearest on-call centers.
