Practice guidelines
General: We kindly request that you make an appointment for all types of medical questions, certificates, prescriptions, and documents to be completed/signed. We can best assist you within the allotted time during an appointment.
Home visits: As a practice, we do not make home visits as standard. If an emergency arises that prevents you from coming to the practice, you can call us before 10:30 a.m. to request a home visit.
*Please note: we encourage you to come to the practice as much as possible in order to ensure that the practice runs smoothly.
Emergencies
General: In case of emergency, you can always call the emergency number 112 or go to the hospital emergency department.
During opening hours: For urgent medical questions, you can always reach us from 8:15 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the emergency number: 0486/ 78 65 87
Outside opening hours: For urgent consultations with a general practitioner outside our opening hours, please contact the GBBW (Garde Bruxelloise/Brussels Emergency Service) at 02/ 201 22 22 or via the website: http://www.gbbw.be/index.php/nl/
